Water Code § 63.335","heading":"ERRORS IN ASSESSMENTS.","body":"(a) An error, mistake, or formality in the assessment or in any step or proceeding prerequisite to the assessment shall not invalidate the assessment, but the commission may correct the error at all times.\n(b) An error or mistake in describing any parcel or item of property or the name of any owner of property shall not invalidate the assessment, but it shall have full force and effect against the premises and the real and true owner.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
