Water Code § 65.728","heading":"NOTICE OF HEARING.","body":"The board shall post notice of the hearing on the bulletin board at the courthouse door of each county in which the district is located and at three or more other public places within the boundaries of the district and shall publish notice of the hearing two times in a newspaper with general circulation in the district. The notice must be posted and published at least one time no later than the 14th day before the date set for the hearing on the proposed dissolution of the district.\nAdded by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 2448, ch. 435, Sec. 4, eff.
