Water Code § 66.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"District\" means a stormwater control district.\n(2) \"Commission\" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.\n(3) \"Executive director\" means the executive director of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.\n(4) \"Board\" means the board of directors of a district.\n(5) \"Director\" means a member of the board.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 734, Sec. 1, eff.
