Water Code § 66.015","heading":"CONTENTS OF PETITION.","body":"The petition must include:\n(1) a description of the boundaries of the proposed district by metes and bounds or by lot and block number, if there is a recorded map or plat and survey of the area;\n(2) a statement of the general nature of the work proposed to be done by the district and the estimated cost of any work to be done by the district; and\n(3) the proposed name of the district.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 734, Sec. 1, eff.
