Water Code § 68.207","heading":"CONTRACTS FOR SECURITY PROJECTS OR SERVICES.","body":"(a) A district may contract with any person to plan, establish, develop, construct, renovate, maintain, repair, replace, or operate a security project or to provide a security service.\n(b) A district may lease to any person a security project or any part of a security project.\n(c) A district may contract with any person for the use or operation of a security project or any part of a security project.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 913 (H.B. 3011), Sec. 1, eff.
