Water Code § 68.314","heading":"DELINQUENT ASSESSMENTS.","body":"A delinquent assessment incurs interest, penalties, and attorney's fees in the same manner as a delinquent ad valorem tax. The owner of a facility may pay at any time the entire assessment, with interest, penalties, and attorney's fees that have accrued on the assessment.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 913 (H.B. 3011), Sec. 1, eff.
