Water Code § 7.006","heading":"ENFORCEMENT POLICIES.","body":"(a) The commission by rule shall adopt a general enforcement policy that describes the commission's approach to enforcement.\n(b) The commission shall assess, update, and publicly adopt specific enforcement policies regularly, including policies regarding the calculation of penalties and deterrence to prevent the economic benefit of noncompliance.\n(c) The commission shall make the policies available to the public, including by posting the policies on the commission's Internet website.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1021 (H.B. 2694), Sec. 4.09, eff.
