Water Code § 7.199","heading":"FINE TREATED AS JUDGMENT IN CIVIL ACTION.","body":"If a person other than an individual is found guilty of a violation of this subchapter and a fine is imposed, the fine shall be entered and docketed by the clerk of the court as a judgment against the person, and the fine shall be of the same force and effect and be enforced against the person in the same manner as if the judgment were recovered in a civil action.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1072, Sec. 2, eff.
