Water Code § 7.358","heading":"OTHER REQUIREMENTS.","body":"In the case of a violation of Chapter 1903, Occupations Code, the regulatory authority of any local government may require compliance with any reasonable inspection requirements or ordinances or regulations designed to protect the public water supply and pay any reasonable fees imposed by the local government relating to work performed within its jurisdiction.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1072, Sec. 2, eff.
