{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-11-13-320","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 11-13-320","heading":"Air quality permitting transition process.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n(a) \"Alternative permit\" means the same as that term is defined in Section 19-2-109.4.\n(b) \"Division\" means the Division of Air Quality created in Section 19-1-105.\n(c) \"Pre-existing permit\" means the air quality permit held by the operator of an existing electrical generation facility prior to any amendments associated with transitioning to a new facility.\n(d) \"Transition permit\" means the same as that term is defined in Section 19-2-109.4.\n(2) A project entity that holds a pre-existing permit for an existing electrical generation facility with multiple generating units, and has been issued a transition permit for a new electrical generation facility, may submit an application to the division in accordance with Section 19-2-109.4 for issuance of an alternative permit.","path":["Title 11 Cities, Counties, and Local Taxing Units","Chapter 11-13 Interlocal Cooperation Act","Part 11-13-3 Project Entity Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title11/Chapter13/11-13-S320.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"c81185507da2cf213434411d4796ec62036bdc4e2bf3359560d111a32a111d46","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-11-13-319","next":"us-ut/utah-code-11-13-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
