{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-11-45-204","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 11-45-204","heading":"Rules establishing criteria.","body":"(1) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the office shall make rules to determine:\n(a) eligibility for a loan; and\n(b) priorities among energy efficiency projects.\n(2) When making a rule to determine priorities among energy efficiency projects, the office may consider the following:\n(a) possible additional sources of revenue;\n(b) feasibility and practicality of an energy efficiency project;\n(c) energy savings;\n(d) annual energy cost savings;\n(e) projected energy cost payback;\n(f) financial need of the public facility owner;\n(g) environmental and other benefits to the state and local community; and\n(h) availability of federal funds.","path":["Title 11 Cities, Counties, and Local Taxing Units","Chapter 11-45 Loan Program for Energy Efficiency Projects","Part 11-45-2 Energy Efficiency Fund"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title11/Chapter45/11-45-S204.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"f17fd5c0f2b4ce8b638011cd9555cb782c14031b1ae1215f03149f44354ef1c7","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-11-45-203","next":"us-ut/utah-code-11-45-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
