{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-11-63-401","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 11-63-401","heading":"Annual certification to local regulating authority.","body":"(1) A trampoline park operator shall provide the certifications described in Subsection (2):\n(a) at the time a trampoline park operator applies to a local regulating authority to renew a business license to operate a trampoline park; and\n(b) if the term of the license described in Subsection (1)(a) exceeds one year, at least once per calendar year.\n(2) In accordance with Subsection (1), a trampoline park operator shall certify compliance with this chapter by submitting to the local regulating authority:\n(a) an inspection certificate described in Subsection 11-63-402(3); and\n(b) the certification of insurance described in Subsection 11-63-501(2).","path":["Title 11 Cities, Counties, and Local Taxing Units","Chapter 11-63 Trampoline Park Safety","Part 11-63-4 Compliance"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title11/Chapter63/11-63-S401.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"aaa1fd5bd9557cd297d62aa7ce12006cc369d809fc35563844433beceaeed18c","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-11-63-305","next":"us-ut/utah-code-11-63-402"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
