{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-11-63-402","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 11-63-402","heading":"Inspection.","body":"A trampoline park operator shall:\n(1) ensure that an inspector conducts an inspection of the facilities and records of the trampoline park at least once per calendar year to certify compliance with:\n(a) industry safety standards, including each category of standards described in Section 11-63-301; and\n(b) this chapter, including safety standards described in Sections 11-63-302, 11-63-303, 11-63-304, and 11-63-305;\n(2) during the inspection described in Subsection (1), provide the inspector with:\n(a) proof that the trampoline court is maintained in good repair;\n(b) an emergency response plan; and\n(c) maintenance, inspection, staff member training, and injury logs; and\n(3) obtain from the inspector a written report documenting the inspection and a certificate certifying that:\n(a) the trampoline park has successfully passed the inspection described in this section; and\n(b) the trampoline park is in full compliance with this chapter.","path":["Title 11 Cities, Counties, and Local Taxing Units","Chapter 11-63 Trampoline Park Safety","Part 11-63-4 Compliance"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title11/Chapter63/11-63-S402.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"87ea1b922c1117cf737b9f5751bbbc02cc4c2d20b9bfacca61688a6e204db232","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-11-63-401","next":"us-ut/utah-code-11-63-501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
