{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-11-65-402","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 11-65-402","heading":"Public meetings to consider and discuss draft project area plan -- Notice -- Adoption of plan.","body":"(1) The lake authority board shall hold at least two public meetings to:\n(a) receive public comment on the draft project area plan; and\n(b) consider and discuss the draft project area plan.\n(2) At least 10 days before holding a public meeting under Subsection (1), the lake authority board shall:\n(a) provide notice of the public meeting, for Utah County, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102, for at least 10 days;\n(b) provide notice of the public meeting to a public entity that has entered into an agreement with the lake authority for sharing property tax revenue; and\n(c) provide email notice of the public meeting to each person who has submitted a written request to the board to receive email notice of a public meeting under this section.\n(3) Following consideration and discussion of the project area plan, the board may adopt the draft project area plan as the project area plan.","path":["Title 11 Cities, Counties, and Local Taxing Units","Chapter 11-65 Utah Lake Authority Act","Part 11-65-4 Project Area Plan and Budget"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title11/Chapter65/11-65-S402.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"dc2a53ccafd8a02fe8c4ce7b431a354fa8cd81ac32b168051b27a7c2571d5718","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-11-65-401","next":"us-ut/utah-code-11-65-403"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
