{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-11-70-503","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 11-70-503","heading":"Public meeting to consider and discuss draft project area plan -- Notice -- Adoption of plan.","body":"(1) The board shall hold at least one public meeting to consider and discuss a draft project area plan.\n(2) Before holding a public meeting under Subsection (1), the board shall give notice of the public meeting:\n(a) to each taxing entity, at least 10 days before the public meeting; and\n(b) for the project area, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102, for at least 10 days before the public meeting.\n(3) Following consideration and discussion at a public meeting under Subsection (1), and any modification of the project area plan under Subsection 11-70-501(4)(b), the board may adopt the draft project area plan or modified draft project area plan as the project area plan.","path":["Title 11 Cities, Counties, and Local Taxing Units","Chapter 11-70 Utah Fairpark Area Investment and Restoration District","Part 11-70-5 Project Area Plan and Budget"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title11/Chapter70/11-70-S503.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"a3c876000a1f0d8a6797249e5ee954ad8fb6e68dbfd549adbd8f53f34bd8c53b","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-11-70-502","next":"us-ut/utah-code-11-70-504"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
