{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-13-14-107","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 13-14-107","heading":"Administrative proceedings -- Request for agency action.","body":"(1)\n(a) A person may commence an adjudicative proceeding in accordance with this chapter and Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act to:\n(i) remedy a violation of this chapter;\n(ii) obtain approval of an act regulated by this chapter; or\n(iii) obtain any determination that this chapter specifically authorizes that person to request.\n(b) A person shall commence an adjudicative proceeding by filing a request for agency action in accordance with Section 63G-4-201.\n(2) The executive director shall apportion in a fair and equitable manner between the parties any costs of the adjudicative proceeding, including reasonable attorney fees.","path":["Title 13 Commerce and Trade","Chapter 13-14 New Automobile Franchise Act","Part 13-14-1 General Administration"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title13/Chapter14/13-14-S107.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"1f0454efb61df10987fdbdf2ce676da944850cf90d670faca8c63d5ac36c5261","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-13-14-106","next":"us-ut/utah-code-13-14-108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
