{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-13-14b-105","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 13-14b-105","heading":"Relief.","body":"(1) A dealer may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain payment of a warranty claim submitted under this chapter to a supplier if a supplier:\n(a) fails to make payment in accordance with the provisions of this chapter;\n(b) wrongfully rejects the dealer's warranty claim; or\n(c) violates any other provision of this chapter.\n(2) The court shall award the dealer costs and reasonable attorney's fees if it finds that the supplier has committed a violation under Subsection (1)(a), (b), or (c).","path":["Title 13 Commerce and Trade","Chapter 13-14b Uniform Equipment Dealers Warranty Reimbursement Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title13/Chapter14b/13-14b-S105.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"7eead95b59baa57311c972ecf8ee04d3d000771023f31f3f9227f0036cff465e","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-13-14b-104","next":"us-ut/utah-code-13-15-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
