{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-13-1b-301","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 13-1b-301","heading":"Application for sunrise review -- Fees.","body":"(1) An application for sunrise review shall describe:\n(a) why making the occupation a regulated occupation is necessary to protect against present, recognizable, and significant harm to the health, safety, or financial welfare of the public; and\n(b) the least restrictive regulation of the occupation that would protect against present, recognizable, and significant harm to the health, safety, or financial welfare of the public.\n(2) If a representative of an occupation submits an application in accordance with this section, the application shall include a nonrefundable fee of $500.\n(3) All application fees collected under this section shall be deposited into the General Fund.","path":["Title 13 Commerce and Trade","Chapter 13-1b Office of Professional Licensure Review","Part 13-1b-3 Office Review and Reporting"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title13/Chapter1b/13-1b-S301.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"9ce474cd5c778994dedcb0d4b7c5c69367bf67e0738a1987f02514edd80fdeef","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-13-1b-203","next":"us-ut/utah-code-13-1b-302"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
