{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-13-1b-304","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 13-1b-304","heading":"Reporting.","body":"(1) On or before October 1, the office shall annually prepare and submit a written report to the Business and Labor Interim Committee that describes the office's work during the prior year.\n(2) In a written report described in Subsection (1), the office shall include:\n(a) a summary of each periodic review, each sunrise review, each rule review, and each response to a legislator inquiry;\n(b) each recommendation the office made to another state executive branch agency regarding a regulated occupation;\n(c) a summary of information received during the previous year by the office under Subsection 13-1b-203(4) including:\n(i) the total number of submissions the office receives;\n(ii) each rule for which an individual filed a submission;\n(d) each request for a scope of practice review that the office receives in accordance with Section 13-1b-403; and\n(e) each scope of practice review the office completes in accordance with Section 13-1b-403.","path":["Title 13 Commerce and Trade","Chapter 13-1b Office of Professional Licensure Review","Part 13-1b-3 Office Review and Reporting"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title13/Chapter1b/13-1b-S304.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"36b731fd32788d15b0ded5c85559a7351b623867df1218a30f8b080f5d9db1f9","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-13-1b-303","next":"us-ut/utah-code-13-1b-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
