{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-13-28-7","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 13-28-7","heading":"Penalties -- Administrative and criminal.","body":"(1) Any person who violates this chapter shall be subject to:\n(a) a cease and desist order; and\n(b) an administrative fine of not less than $100 or more than $5,000 for each separate violation.\n(2) All administrative fines shall be deposited in the Consumer Protection Education and Training Fund created in Section 13-2-109.\n(3) Any person who intentionally violates this part is guilty of a class A misdemeanor and may be fined up to $10,000.
