{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-13-32-105","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 13-32-105","heading":"Violations.","body":"(1) It is a violation of this chapter for any vendor, required to maintain receipts or records under Section 13-32-104, to knowingly:\n(a) falsify, obliterate, or destroy the receipts or records;\n(b) refuse or fail to make such receipts available for inspection, upon the request of a law enforcement officer, within a reasonable period of time under the circumstances surrounding the request; or\n(c) present credentials pursuant to the requirements of this chapter which are false, fraudulent, forged, or fraudulently obtained.\n(2) Nothing contained within this section shall be construed to require a vendor to possess the receipts or records required by Section 13-32-104 on or about the vendor's person without reasonable notice.","path":["Title 13 Commerce and Trade","Chapter 13-32 Swap Meets and Flea Markets Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title13/Chapter32/13-32-S105.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"0733d53fce1686b1980d2811d16f1d3952540fed662b463ad66dc75ad94bff66","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-13-32-104","next":"us-ut/utah-code-13-32-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
