{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-13-32a-111","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 13-32a-111","heading":"Fees to fund account.","body":"(1)\n(a) A pawn or secondhand business or catalytic converter purchaser in operation shall pay an annual fee of no more than $500, set in accordance with Section 63J-1-504.\n(b) A law enforcement agency within Utah that participates in the use of the central database shall pay an annual fee set in accordance with Section 63J-1-504.\n(c) A law enforcement agency outside Utah that requests access to the central database shall pay an annual fee set in accordance with Section 63J-1-504.\n(2) A fee paid under Subsection (1) shall be paid annually to the division on or before January 31.\n(3) A fee received by the division under this section shall be deposited into the account.\n(4) The division may only increase fees for a pawn or secondhand business or catalytic converter purchaser under Section 63J-1-504.","path":["Title 13 Commerce and Trade","Chapter 13-32a Pawnshop, Secondhand Merchandise, and Catalytic Converter Transaction Information Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title13/Chapter32a/13-32a-S111.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"888b9e4bb9885dd41b274ff2cd7210bbbd43e53a9cebe2d427f455d9e29afe77","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-13-32a-110.5","next":"us-ut/utah-code-13-32a-112.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
