{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-13-58-302","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 13-58-302","heading":"Cure of default.","body":"(1) If a motorboat dealer defaults as described in Section 13-58-301, the manufacturer or distributor who is part of the agreement shall:\n(a) give the dealer written notice of the dealer's default; and\n(b) allow the dealer to cure the default within the period described in Subsection (2).\n(2) A motorboat dealer may cure a default no later than:\n(a) 30 days after the day on which the dealer receives the notice described in Subsection (1), if the dealer defaulted as described in Subsection 13-58-301(1)(b) or (2);\n(b) 60 days after the day on which the dealer receives the notice described in Subsection (1), if the dealer defaulted as described in Subsection 13-58-301(1)(a); and\n(c) 160 days after the day on which the dealer receives the notice described in Subsection (1), if the dealer defaulted as described in Subsection 13-58-301(1)(c).","path":["Title 13 Commerce and Trade","Chapter 13-58 Motorboat Agreements Act","Part 13-58-3 Default"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title13/Chapter58/13-58-S302.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"ba00eba7a7c98bab7770c2f4c722ff87b04e9c92a6355bd96ba0c07ef07daef7","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-13-58-301","next":"us-ut/utah-code-13-58-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
