{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-16-10a-1504","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 16-10a-1504","heading":"Amended application for authority to transact business.","body":"(1) A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state shall deliver an amended application for authority to transact business to the division for filing if the foreign corporation changes:\n(a) its corporate name or its assumed corporate name;\n(b) the period of its duration;\n(c) the state or country of its incorporation; or\n(d) any of the information required by Subsection 16-17-203(1).\n(2) The requirements of Section 16-10a-1503 for obtaining an original application for authority to transact business apply to filing an amended application for authority to transact business under this section.","path":["Title 16 Corporations","Chapter 16-10a Utah Revised Business Corporation Act","Part 16-10a-15 Transfer To Another State"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title16/Chapter10a/16-10a-S1504.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"0c170e46efa16fc6d3549ea9ee0ef68becded3f2a83aa85a7f86483435c976e9","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-16-10a-1503","next":"us-ut/utah-code-16-10a-1505"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
