{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-16-6a-1413","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 16-6a-1413","heading":"Appeal from denial of reinstatement.","body":"(1) If the division denies a nonprofit corporation's application for reinstatement following administrative dissolution under Section 16-6a-1411, the division shall mail to the nonprofit corporation in the manner provided in Subsection 16-6a-1411(5) written notice:\n(a) setting forth the reasons for denying the application; and\n(b) stating that the nonprofit corporation has the right to appeal the division's determination to the executive director as provided in Subsection (2).\n(2) If the division denies a nonprofit corporation's application for reinstatement following administrative dissolution, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act, the following may appeal the denial to the executive director:\n(a) the nonprofit corporation for which the reinstatement was requested; or\n(b) the representative of the nonprofit corporation for which reinstatement was requested.","path":["Title 16 Corporations","Chapter 16-6a Utah Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act","Part 16-6a-14 Dissolution"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title16/Chapter6a/16-6a-S1413.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"7c68ae26e6f9d9cf64c14cb396ce9d83aaf9a43d021932e30aa6425de5d57138","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-16-6a-1412","next":"us-ut/utah-code-16-6a-1414"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
