{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-17-76-401","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 17-76-401","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this section:\n(1) \"Commission\" means the same as that term is defined in Sections 17-76-201 and 17-76-301.\n(2) \"Nonexempt employee\" means a county employee who is nonexempt under the requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1978, 29 U.S.C.
