{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-17-78-707","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 17-78-707","heading":"Payment to Stay Another Day and Bounce Back Fund and Hotel Impact Mitigation Fund.","body":"A county in which a qualified hotel, as defined in Section 63N-2-502, is located shall:\n(1) make an annual payment to the Division of Finance:\n(a) for deposit into the Stay Another Day and Bounce Back Fund, established in Section 63N-2-511;\n(b) for any year in which the Governor's Office of Economic Development provides a convention incentive, as defined in Section 63N-2-502; and\n(c) in the amount of 5% of the state portion, as defined in Section 63N-2-502; and\n(2) make payments to the Division of Finance:\n(a) for deposit into the Hotel Impact Mitigation Fund, created in Section 63N-2-512;\n(b) for each year described in Subsection 63N-2-512(5) during which the balance of the Hotel Impact Mitigation Fund, defined in Section 63N-2-512, is less than $2,100,000 before any payment for that year under Subsection 63N-2-512(5); and\n(c) in the amount of the difference between $2,100,000 and the balance of the Hotel Impact Mitigation Fund, defined in Section 63N-2-512, before any payment for that year under Subsection 63N-2-512(5).","path":["Title 17 Counties","Chapter 17-78 County Property, Programs, and Entities","Part 17-78-7 Establishing and Promoting Recreation, Tourism, and Conventions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title17/Chapter78/17-78-S707.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"fa8eadeae325b3399bafb4259d0689c55fba0039f42d02fe04865923367db966","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-17-78-706","next":"us-ut/utah-code-17-78-801"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
