{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-17c-3-105","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 17C-3-105","heading":"Board resolution approving an economic development project area plan -- Requirements.","body":"Each board resolution approving a proposed economic development project area plan as the project area plan under Subsection 17C-3-102(1)(g) shall contain:\n(1) a boundary description of the boundaries of the project area that is the subject of the project area plan;\n(2) the agency's purposes and intent with respect to the project area;\n(3) the project area plan incorporated by reference; and\n(4) the board findings and determinations that:\n(a) there is a need to effectuate a public purpose;\n(b) there is a public benefit under the analysis described in Subsection 17C-3-103(2);\n(c) it is economically sound and feasible to adopt and carry out the project area plan;\n(d) the project area plan conforms to the community's general plan; and\n(e) carrying out the project area plan will promote the public peace, health, safety, and welfare of the community in which the project area is located.","path":["Title 17C Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Community Reinvestment Agency Act","Chapter 17C-3 Economic Development","Part 17C-3-1 Economic Development Project Area Plan"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title17C/Chapter3/17C-3-S105.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"472ca195b2bc53454bde48d523c5c8d7370e3b001ef1518849da23a8f9cda189","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-17c-3-104","next":"us-ut/utah-code-17c-3-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
