{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-17c-4-103","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 17C-4-103","heading":"Community development project area plan requirements.","body":"Each community development project area plan and proposed project area plan shall:\n(1) describe the boundaries of the project area, subject to Section 17C-1-414, if applicable;\n(2) contain a general statement of the land uses, layout of principal streets, population densities, and building intensities of the project area and how they will be affected by the community development;\n(3) state the standards that will guide the project area development;\n(4) show how the purposes of this title will be attained by the project area development;\n(5) be consistent with the general plan of the community in which the project area is located and show that the project area development will conform to the community's general plan;\n(6) describe any specific project or projects that are the object of the proposed project area development;\n(7) identify how a participant will be selected to undertake the project area development and identify each participant currently involved in the project area development;\n(8) state the reasons for the selection of the project area;\n(9) describe the physical, social, and economic conditions existing in the project area;\n(10) describe any tax incentives offered private entities for facilities located in the project area;\n(11) include an analysis or description of the anticipated public benefit to be derived from the project area development, including:\n(a) the beneficial influences upon the tax base of the community; and\n(b) the associated business and economic activity likely to be stimulated; and\n(12) include other information that the agency determines to be necessary or advisable.","path":["Title 17C Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Community Reinvestment Agency Act","Chapter 17C-4 Community Development","Part 17C-4-1 Community Development Project Area Plan"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title17C/Chapter4/17C-4-S103.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"8d16d43f8fd29cbf4928fdc53afc264dac5625bde401e6abfc2d1f8850fa09d0","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-17c-4-102","next":"us-ut/utah-code-17c-4-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
