{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-17c-4-104","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 17C-4-104","heading":"Board resolution approving a community development project area plan -- Requirements.","body":"Each board resolution approving a proposed community development project area plan as the project area plan under Subsection 17C-4-102(1)(f) shall contain:\n(1) a boundary description of the boundaries of the project area that is the subject of the project area plan;\n(2) the agency's purposes and intent with respect to the project area;\n(3) the project area plan incorporated by reference; and\n(4) the board findings and determinations that adoption of the community development project area plan will:\n(a) satisfy a public purpose;\n(b) provide a public benefit as shown by the analysis described in Subsection 17C-4-103(11);\n(c) be economically sound and feasible;\n(d) conform to the community's general plan; and\n(e) promote the public peace, health, safety, and welfare of the community in which the project area is located.","path":["Title 17C Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Community Reinvestment Agency Act","Chapter 17C-4 Community Development","Part 17C-4-1 Community Development Project Area Plan"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title17C/Chapter4/17C-4-S104.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"6566dc359b4c542cfc05d04fc2648bf073a3d8fcb78b07eb65bcbc5fbe0aa340","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-17c-4-103","next":"us-ut/utah-code-17c-4-105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
