{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-17d-1-307","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 17D-1-307","heading":"Meetings of administrative control board.","body":"(1)\n(a) Each meeting of the administrative control board shall comply with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.\n(b) Subject to Subsection (2), an administrative control board shall:\n(i) adopt rules of order and procedure to govern a public meeting of the administrative control board;\n(ii) conduct a public meeting in accordance with the rules of order and procedure described in Subsection (1)(b)(i); and\n(iii) make the rules of order and procedure described in Subsection (1)(b)(i) available to the public:\n(A) at each meeting of the administrative control board; and\n(B) if the special service district has a public website, on the website.\n(2) Subsection (1)(b) does not affect the administrative control board's duty to comply with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.","path":["Title 17D Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Other Entities","Chapter 17D-1 Special Service District Act","Part 17D-1-3 Administrative Control Board"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title17D/Chapter1/17D-1-S307.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"61cd3e1035ce755b6bcd54abae5dfe4017ee1cf8c0a5dc693895f6c8b280a5d5","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-17d-1-306","next":"us-ut/utah-code-17d-1-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
