{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-19-2-105","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 19-2-105","heading":"Duties of board.","body":"The board, in conjunction with the governing body of each county identified in Section 41-6a-1643 and other interested parties, shall order the director to perform an evaluation of the inspection and maintenance program developed under Section 41-6a-1643 including issues relating to:\n(1) the implementation of a standardized inspection and maintenance program;\n(2) out-of-state registration of vehicles used in Utah;\n(3) out-of-county registration of vehicles used within the areas required to have an inspection and maintenance program;\n(4) use of the farm truck exemption;\n(5) mechanic training programs;\n(6) emissions standards; and\n(7) emissions waivers.","path":["Title 19 Environmental Quality Code","Chapter 19-2 Air Conservation Act","Part 19-2-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title19/Chapter2/19-2-S105.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"31b6f66399cbd65303505d367b576cba77dfa27fb5cf885618ac8ca6ed4f5584","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-19-2-104","next":"us-ut/utah-code-19-2-105.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
