{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-19-5-122","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 19-5-122","heading":"Underground wastewater disposal systems -- Fee imposed on new systems.","body":"(1) Beginning July 1, 2001, a one-time fee is imposed on a new underground wastewater disposal system installed.\n(2) Beginning July 1, 2002, the fee shall be established by the department in accordance with Section 63J-1-504.\n(3)\n(a) The fee shall be paid when plans and specifications for the construction of a new underground wastewater disposal system are approved by the local health department or the Department of Environmental Quality.\n(b) A local health department shall remit the fee revenue to the Division of Finance quarterly.\n(4) The fee revenue shall be:\n(a) deposited into the Underground Wastewater Disposal Restricted Account created in Section 19-5-123; and\n(b) used to pay for costs of underground wastewater disposal system training programs.","path":["Title 19 Environmental Quality Code","Chapter 19-5 Water Quality Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title19/Chapter5/19-5-S122.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"24a390e5c34d79e2e610505340942e99d7aba9bcc0f88db68b88c8bf8491fa86","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-19-5-121","next":"us-ut/utah-code-19-5-123"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
