{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-19-5-124","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 19-5-124","heading":"Phosphorus limit for household dishwashing detergent.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"household dishwashing detergent\" means a substance used:\n(a) to clean an item commonly used for preparing food, eating, or drinking; and\n(b) by an individual for a personal, family, or household purpose.\n(2) Except as provided by Subsection (3), a person may not sell a household dishwashing detergent that contains 0.5% or more phosphorus by weight on or after July 1, 2010.\n(3) This section does not apply to a dishwashing detergent designed and used for a commercial or industrial purpose.","path":["Title 19 Environmental Quality Code","Chapter 19-5 Water Quality Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title19/Chapter5/19-5-S124.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"06d6835d905c296654350c932d13f72a3ad373870cca30505cb32ce879c13325","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-19-5-123","next":"us-ut/utah-code-19-5-125"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
