{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-19-6-1308","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 19-6-1308","heading":"Annual report.","body":"(1) Beginning July 1, 2028, the division shall submit a report, before November 30 of each year, to the:\n(a) Public Utilities, Energy, and Technology Interim Committee; and\n(b) Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Interim Committee.\n(2) The report described in Subsection (1) shall include:\n(a) the fees and fee amounts set by the board under this part;\n(b) the fee revenue generated under this part;\n(c) information on the amount of solar panel waste entering landfills in the state;\n(d) any program for solar panel waste disposal and recycling that the division has implemented or assisted in; and\n(e) any recommendation by the division for legislative action regarding solar panel waste disposal.","path":["Title 19 Environmental Quality Code","Chapter 19-6 Hazardous Substances","Part 19-6-13 Testing And Disposal Of Solar Panel Waste"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title19/Chapter6/19-6-S1308.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"b7e613b8fffe73daab7af714d67a9495a5962991709322ef76ecfe7daa188fa1","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-19-6-1307","next":"us-ut/utah-code-19-6-1309"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
