{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-19-6-722","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 19-6-722","heading":"Criminal penalties.","body":"(1) A violation of any applicable provision of this part is a class A misdemeanor, except:\n(a) any violation involving hazardous waste is governed by provisions of this chapter that address hazardous waste;\n(b) any violation of Section 19-6-714 or 19-6-715 regarding the recycling fee is subject to penalties authorized under Section 19-6-716.\n(2) Any person who knowingly conducts any activities identified in Subsection 19-6-113(3) regarding hazardous waste in conjunction with any operations under this part is subject to the enforcement actions and penalties identified in Subsection 19-6-113(4).\n(3) All penalties collected under this section shall be deposited in the account created in Section 19-6-719.","path":["Title 19 Environmental Quality Code","Chapter 19-6 Hazardous Substances","Part 19-6-7 Used Oil Management Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title19/Chapter6/19-6-S722.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"880f30ec07a254ddf9778a6a2dbf84f72dc8543612aab79d2e89791385c998f6","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-19-6-721.1","next":"us-ut/utah-code-19-6-723"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
