{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-19-6-807","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 19-6-807","heading":"Waste Tire Recycling Fund.","body":"(1) There is created an expendable special revenue fund entitled the \"Waste Tire Recycling Fund.\"\n(2) The fund shall consist of:\n(a) the proceeds of:\n(i) a fee imposed under Section 19-6-805; and\n(ii) a fee imposed under Section 19-6-806; and\n(b) penalties collected under this part.\n(3) Money in the fund shall be used for:\n(a) partial reimbursement of the costs of transporting, processing, recycling, or disposing of waste tires as provided in this part; and\n(b) payment of administrative costs of local health departments as provided in Section 19-6-817.\n(4) The Legislature may appropriate money from the fund to pay for:\n(a) the costs of the Department of Environmental Quality in administering and enforcing this part; and\n(b) other operational costs of the Department of Environmental Quality, if the Legislature estimates there is a deficit in the Department of Environmental Quality's budget for the current or next fiscal year.","path":["Title 19 Environmental Quality Code","Chapter 19-6 Hazardous Substances","Part 19-6-8 Waste Tire Recycling Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title19/Chapter6/19-6-S807.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"3866790e99ec8ff84ddde9ba1d1c4c45d66b0391d9e0feb7282bd0f67baeca4a","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-19-6-806","next":"us-ut/utah-code-19-6-808"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
