{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-19-8-111","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 19-8-111","heading":"Certificate of completion.","body":"(1) If the executive director determines that an applicant has completed a voluntary cleanup in accordance with the agreement entered into under this chapter, the executive director shall within 30 days after the determination issue to the applicant a certificate of completion.\n(2) The certificate of completion shall:\n(a) acknowledge the protection from liability provided by Section 19-8-113;\n(b) state the proposed future use of the property as defined under the voluntary cleanup agreement;\n(c) provide a legal description of the property and identify the owner of the property; and\n(d) state the applicant has complied with the voluntary cleanup agreement and has met the requirements of Sections 19-8-108 and 19-8-110.\n(3) The executive director shall upon issuance of the certificate of completion record a copy in the real property records of the county in which the site is located.","path":["Title 19 Environmental Quality Code","Chapter 19-8 Voluntary Cleanup Program"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title19/Chapter8/19-8-S111.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"fae25b923baf5a47324dfc2287d78b270dffeed64b8b5d8827daeb500a2c97d9","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-19-8-110","next":"us-ut/utah-code-19-8-112"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
