{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-20a-11-1304","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 20A-11-1304","heading":"School board office candidate -- Financial reporting requirements -- Termination of duty to report.","body":"(1) Each school board candidate is subject to interim reporting requirements until the candidate withdraws or is eliminated in a primary.\n(2) Each school board office candidate is subject to year-end summary reporting requirements until the candidate has filed a statement of dissolution with the lieutenant governor stating that:\n(a) the school board office candidate is no longer receiving contributions and is no longer making expenditures;\n(b) the ending balance on the last summary report filed is zero and the balance in the separate bank account required in Section 20A-11-1301 is zero; and\n(c) a final summary report in the form required by Section 20A-11-1302 showing a zero balance is attached to the statement of dissolution.\n(3) A statement of dissolution and a final summary report may be filed at any time.\n(4) Each school board office candidate shall continue to file the year-end summary report required by Section 20A-11-1302 until the statement of dissolution and final summary report required by this section are filed.","path":["Title 20A Election Code","Chapter 20A-11 Campaign and Financial Reporting Requirements","Part 20A-11-13 State School Board Candidates"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title20A/Chapter11/20A-11-S1304.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"122de2671838502717e30a478912bd1f0f216541e3eeef40b361ab25a47e19b9","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-20a-11-1303","next":"us-ut/utah-code-20a-11-1305"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
