{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-20a-2-302","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 20A-2-302","heading":"Voter registration forms for high school students.","body":"(1)\n(a) A county clerk may:\n(i) contact each high school and each accredited nonpublic high school in the county;\n(ii) determine the number of high school seniors; and\n(iii) distribute voter registration forms to each accredited public or private high school in an amount sufficient for distribution to each high school senior.\n(b) The county clerk shall process a voter registration form received from an individual under this section in accordance with Section 20A-2-101.1.\n(2) Each public school and accredited nonpublic school may:\n(a) include the voter registration form in the senior registration packet; and\n(b) collect and forward completed voter registration forms to the county clerk.","path":["Title 20A Election Code","Chapter 20A-2 Voter Registration","Part 20A-2-3 Voter Registration Responsibilities"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title20A/Chapter2/20A-2-S302.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"43a9879d37b0949f1592d72c7d2eb0aab00d4bf108c3d3a116a86677aac7445e","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-20a-2-301","next":"us-ut/utah-code-20a-2-304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
