{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-23a-12-301","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 23A-12-301","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(1) The definitions in Section 23A-4-1201 apply to this part.\n(2)\n(a) As used in this part, \"waterfowl management area\" means real property owned or managed by the division that is:\n(i) primarily used for the conservation, production, or recreational harvest of ducks, mergansers, geese, brant, swans, and other waterfowl; and\n(ii) designated as a waterfowl management area by the Wildlife Board in accordance with Section 23A-12-303.\n(b) \"Waterfowl management area\" includes the following referenced in Section 23A-6-403:\n(i) Willard Spur Waterfowl Management Area;\n(ii) Harold Crane Waterfowl Management Area;\n(iii) Bear River Bay Waterfowl Management Area; and\n(iv) Goshen Bay Waterfowl Management Area.","path":["Title 23A Wildlife Resources Act","Chapter 23A-12 Birds in General","Part 23A-12-3 Waterfowl Management Areas Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title23A/Chapter12/23A-12-S301.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"b5aeded10eb9bee270e7816d73980dd93edc97e183b3d9333316ae9ef21d560f","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-23a-12-205","next":"us-ut/utah-code-23a-12-302"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
