{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-23a-3-208","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 23A-3-208","heading":"Portion of revenue from license, permit, and certificate of registration fees deposited into Wildlife Habitat Account.","body":"(1) Fifty cents of the fee charged for a one-day fishing license shall be deposited in the Wildlife Habitat Account created in Section 23A-3-207.\n(2) Three dollars and fifty cents of the fee charged for any of the following licenses or permits shall be deposited in the Wildlife Habitat Account created in Section 23A-3-207:\n(a) a fishing license, except any one-day fishing license;\n(b) a hunting license;\n(c) a combination license;\n(d) a furbearer license; or\n(e) a fishing permit.\n(3) Four dollars and seventy-five cents of the fee charged for any of the following certificates of registration or permits shall be deposited in the Wildlife Habitat Account created in Section 23A-3-207:\n(a) a certificate of registration for the dedicated hunter program;\n(b) a big game permit;\n(c) a bear permit;\n(d) a turkey permit; or\n(e) a muskrat permit.","path":["Title 23A Wildlife Resources Act","Chapter 23A-3 Funds and Accounts","Part 23A-3-2 Funds and Accounts in General"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title23A/Chapter3/23A-3-S208.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"424ea6cdc16a6780c1add1ed2a4cd47d2661766d86c58704335016c2f8e50367","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-23a-3-207","next":"us-ut/utah-code-23a-3-209"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
