{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-25-6-303","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 25-6-303","heading":"Remedies of creditors.","body":"(1) In an action for relief against a transfer or obligation under this chapter, a creditor, subject to the limitations in Section 25-6-304, may obtain:\n(a) avoidance of the transfer or obligation to the extent necessary to satisfy the creditor's claim;\n(b) an attachment or other provisional remedy against the asset transferred or other property of the transferee if available under applicable law;\n(c) subject to applicable principles of equity and in accordance with applicable rules of civil procedure:\n(i) an injunction against further disposition by the debtor or a transferee, or both, of the asset transferred or of other property;\n(ii) appointment of a receiver to take charge of the asset transferred or of other property of the transferee; or\n(iii) any other relief the circumstances may require.\n(2) If a creditor has obtained a judgment on a claim against the debtor, the creditor, if the court orders, may levy execution on the asset transferred or its proceeds.","path":["Title 25 Fraud","Chapter 25-6 Uniform Voidable Transactions Act","Part 25-6-3 Transfers and Remedies"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title25/Chapter6/25-6-S303.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"cb5f369f6b2b08ea851c83a07f2e19db81c09400f1810675d66d9d06607eab57","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-25-6-302","next":"us-ut/utah-code-25-6-304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
