{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-1-311","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-1-311","heading":"Creation of Kurt Oscarson Children's Organ Transplant Account.","body":"(1)\n(a) There is created a restricted account within the General Fund known as the \"Kurt Oscarson Children's Organ Transplant Account.\"\n(b) Private contributions received under this section and Section 59-10-1308 shall be deposited into the restricted account to be used only for the programs and purposes described in Section 26B-1-411.\n(2) Money shall be appropriated from the restricted account to the Kurt Oscarson Children's Organ Transplant Coordinating Committee created in Section 26B-1-411, in accordance with Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act.\n(3) In addition to funds received under Section 59-10-1308, the Kurt Oscarson Children's Organ Transplant Coordinating Committee created in Section 26B-1-411 may accept transfers, grants, gifts, bequests, or any money made available from any source to implement the programs and purposes described in Section 26B-1-411.","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-1 Department of Health and Human Services","Part 26B-1-3 Funds and Accounts"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter1/26B-1-S311.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"9c258135367bdd4cdf98f3a10a76404164a7a2264b9ca37b36570b361ecc9afa","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-1-308","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-1-312"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
