{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-1-322","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-1-322","heading":"Adult Autism Treatment Account.","body":"(1) There is created within the General Fund a restricted account known as the \"Adult Autism Treatment Account.\"\n(2) The account consists of:\n(a) gifts, grants, donations, or any other conveyance of money that may be made to the account from private sources;\n(b) interest earned on money in the account; and\n(c) money appropriated to the account by the Legislature.\n(3) Money from the account shall be used only to:\n(a) fund grants awarded by the department under Section 26B-4-602; and\n(b) pay the operating expenses of the Adult Autism Treatment Program Advisory Committee created in Section 26B-1-204, including the cost of advisory committee staff if approved by the executive director.\n(4) The state treasurer shall invest the money in the account in accordance with Title 51, Chapter 7, State Money Management Act.","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-1 Department of Health and Human Services","Part 26B-1-3 Funds and Accounts"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter1/26B-1-S322.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"0bf022bb937bcd758a1bbcb62fa2df3081133de1d181ccec33a055f9feec66c2","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-1-318","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-1-323"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
