{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-3-802","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-3-802","heading":"Assessment, collection, and payment of ambulance service provider assessment.","body":"(1) An ambulance service provider shall pay an assessment to the division:\n(a) in the amount designated in Section 26B-3-803;\n(b) in accordance with this part;\n(c) quarterly, on a day determined by the division by rule made under Subsection (2)(b); and\n(d) no more than 15 business days after the day on which the division issues the ambulance service provider notice of the assessment.\n(2) The division shall:\n(a) collect the assessment described in Subsection (1);\n(b) determine, by rule made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, standards and procedures for implementing and enforcing the provisions of this part; and\n(c) transfer assessment proceeds to the state treasurer for deposit into the Ambulance Service Provider Assessment Expendable Revenue Fund created in Section 26B-1-317.","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-3 Health Care - Administration and Assistance","Part 26B-3-8 Ambulance Service Provider Assessment"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter3/26B-3-S802.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"f669b3ccefae5ebc78b840e806991ea962f80f73c604efb7be03466bf5ad6f2d","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-3-801","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-3-803"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
