{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-310","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-4-310","heading":"Department to award primary care grants -- Applications.","body":"(1) Within appropriations specified by the Legislature for this purpose, the department may, in accordance with the recommendation of the committee, award a grant to a public or nonprofit entity to provide primary health care to a medically underserved population.\n(2) When awarding a grant under Subsection (1), the department shall, in accordance with the committee's recommendation, consider:\n(a) the content of a grant application submitted to the department;\n(b) whether an application is submitted in the manner and form prescribed by the department; and\n(c) the criteria established in Section 26B-4-311.\n(3) The application for a grant under Subsection (2)(a) shall contain:\n(a) a requested award amount;\n(b) a budget; and\n(c) a narrative plan of the manner in which the applicant intends to provide the primary health care described in Subsection (1).","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-4 Health Care - Delivery and Access","Part 26B-4-3 Health Care Access"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter4/26B-4-S310.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"be19c37044cef823654a84c33262ffa078d9c410c54dadb144631d7743cc8385","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-301","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-311"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
