{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-326","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-4-326","heading":"Pregnancy support services.","body":"The department shall, as funding permits and either directly or through one or more third parties, provide pregnancy support services, which may include:\n(1) medical care and information, including pregnancy tests, sexually transmitted infection tests, pregnancy-related health screenings, ultrasound services, prenatal care, or birth planning and classes;\n(2) nutritional services and education;\n(3) housing, education, and employment assistance during pregnancy and up to one year following a birth;\n(4) adoption education, planning, and services;\n(5) child care assistance, if necessary for the client to receive pregnancy support services;\n(6) parenting education and support services for up to one year following a birth;\n(7) material items that are supportive of pregnancy and childbirth, including cribs, car seats, clothing, formula, and other safety devices; or\n(8) information regarding health care benefits, including Medicaid coverage for the client for pregnancy care that provides health coverage for the client's child upon birth.","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-4 Health Care - Delivery and Access","Part 26B-4-3 Health Care Access"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter4/26B-4-S326.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"dc98a4089349f501143221e4cd46499310d1ed879d5a36ec28c7d5458007f12c","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-324","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-327"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
