{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-504","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-4-504","heading":"Authorization to dispense self-administered hormonal contraceptives.","body":"Notwithstanding Title 58, Chapter 17b, Pharmacy Practice Act, a person licensed under Title 58, Chapter 17b, Pharmacy Practice Act, to dispense a self-administered hormonal contraceptive may dispense the self-administered hormonal contraceptive:\n(1) to a patient who is 18 years old or older;\n(2) pursuant to a standing prescription drug order made in accordance with Section 26B-4-505;\n(3) without any other prescription drug order from a person licensed to prescribe a self-administered hormonal contraceptive; and\n(4) in accordance with the dispensing guidelines in Section 26B-4-506.","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-4 Health Care - Delivery and Access","Part 26B-4-5 Treatment Access"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter4/26B-4-S504.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"6bbed87e287cb6fd3dab794f87c6fbeabbfca92f7cc8b5bb9705d606dfd6ec71","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-503","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-505"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
