{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-603","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 26B-4-603","heading":"Provider qualifications.","body":"The department shall designate a provider as a qualified provider if the provider:\n(1) is able to treat a qualified individual's condition through:\n(a) one or more evidence-based treatments, including applied behavior analysis;\n(b) individualized, client-centered treatment;\n(c) any method that engages the qualified individual's family members in the treatment process; and\n(d) measured development of the qualified individual's pre-vocational, vocational, and daily-living skills; and\n(2) provides treatment to a qualified individual through:\n(a) a behavior analyst licensed under Title 58, Chapter 61, Part 7, Behavior Analyst Licensing Act; or\n(b) a psychologist who is licensed under Title 58, Chapter 61, Psychologist Licensing Act.","path":["Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code","Chapter 26B-4 Health Care - Delivery and Access","Part 26B-4-6 Adult Autism Treatment Program"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title26B/Chapter4/26B-4-S603.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"83f57a6aeba4c52ca6e5c4add8a183c29da2aceb41c7f7f433ab210a6ff27ae7","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-602","next":"us-ut/utah-code-26b-4-604"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
